★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Family mart is still the best for cheap oden. A bowl of noodle with fish balls set and chicken ball cost only RM6.30. Add mix soup if you want the soup to have the tomyam taste without being overly spicy and salty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ to be honest, they don’t deserve any stars. the ready to go food rack FOREVER EMPTY, FOREVER! yes!! whenever i visited, no onigiri, no sandwiches… it’s so SAD! today, there’s one staff (guess what, he has no name tag on) … asked him question he just rudely replied, even slam my wrap when i pay my bill. he didn’t give me the receipt as well so i can’t get his name. after a long day working, all i want it’s just a quick bite dinner…never ever think of i deserve that kinda attitude. good luck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first Family Mart outlet that I've been told to wait 30mins for the oden. The counter staff could have informed us earlier on the wait since they have seen us eyeing on the oden. Plus, there is no crowd. But no. We queued and upon reaching the counter, was told to wait 30min. And they said "look all those people also waiting.. ". We left without buying anything from the shop

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food racks are always empty. Oden always out of stock. Always make customers wait in a long Q, and never apologize for the delay caused. Today I waited for 30minutes in Q, and there were only 2 customers in front of me. Staffs are really unskilled/not trained at all, they don't know much about the products and key-in things simply according to their convenience. Been giving a lot of chances before thinking they would improve, but nope. I was wrong. Every single day is a chaotic day for Family Mart here. One star given is out of my kindness as they don't deserve any merits at the ouset. I want to say, "please improve", but I guess it would turn to no use to businessmen/staffs managing this store. So I say to potential customers instead, "DON'T EVER COME HERE. NOT WORTH IT."
