★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simply i will never go here again and will not recommend. As I am a Japanese and I know the standards in Tokyo, Japan, I would recommend go to other Japanese hair salon in KL.
First of all nobody is at the reception to take care of customers when entering. Literally nobody attended me for like 20min although staff can see me standing in front of cashier/reception. The basic service is not there. Even just getting a hair cut took for 2hours when it should have been done in about 1 hour.
I told the Japanese senior director stylist not to cut too short but he cut too short, made my hair way too light, and my hair looks like outdated hair style. I am extremely disappointed on this turnout. I am not happy with my hairstyle at all. Every time I look in the mirror I feel stressed. I will have to feel this way for a few months till my hair grows...
This whole experience was just TERRIBLE. I regret going to this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly Japanese stylists and staffs is the only good thing i can rate. With the price I've paid for senior director cut, no drinking water was served is still can be acceptable, but the skill of the stylists are quite big gap difference.
During my first visit the male stylist was gentle and understood what I wanted for my hair, he did it perfectly, he even asked permission if he can remove my mask just to make sure my hairstyle will fits my looking or not. But on my second visit the female stylist not only having communication barrier which has caused dissatisfaction on my hairstyle, also some details like left right unbalanced, she didn't shave my baby hair on my neck, etc careless mistakes she has made.
Probably won't revisit unless the male stylist has any available slot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first time visiting this salon, while it was really easy to make appointments online, i was worried on a few points which ill leave below:
1) parking in Plaza Mont Kiara is abundant though be aware it is Rm2 per hour on Mon - Sat. Only Sundays have flat entry fee of Rm2.
Unless your appointment is after 6pm then its flat rate of rm2.
2) the store location is very easy to find as its located right where the center square is. Walk straight ahead from Mcd and you wont miss it.
3) Because 76 style has plenty of services, dont be alarmed when you enter as they also cater to Nails, Lips and ofcourse hair. Walk in and proceed to the counter and a friendly staff would check your name for your appointment
4) If you made your appointment online via their website, they do send you a message via Whatsapp to confirm your attendance with additional protocals to follow
5) do come masked on but fret not, the studio does provide you an additional one should you be getting your hair shampoo'd.
6) brought a partner or family member? They can be seated next to you or nearby to wait while you get treated ?
7) if you've got long hair and you plan to cut short, opt to donate your hair! If its long enough, the hair stylists know what to do as they measure with a ruler, rubberband each section, trim then put together nicely in a bag for you.
Overall a wonderful experience and so much care and attention!
