★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initially went to other bridal gown fitting, experience wasn't pleasant until I found this bridal shop. I was assigned to Chloe as my assistant, I would have to say Chloe provide the best customer service ever. She was very accommodative of everything, knowing what suits a bride and what doesn't, very professional and they are not pushy at all. Tons of selections over there, they also provide customization options for the brides. Overall, I am super pleased with my whole experience with Chloe and other staffs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This bridal gallery is simply beautiful where it gives you the welcoming atmosphere with loads of choices to choose from. I absolutely loved the gown I rented from 7th Heaven. It was love at first sight. I received compliments on how simple yet elegant it looked on me and I must say they have amazing gown designs which will fit each individual according to their body type. Staffs were absolutely knowledgeable in recommending the best fit and friendly too. Would definitely recommend brides to visit this gallery. :)

Things to be aware of for first time visit:
- Must put deposit on first viewing to lock in a lower price
- Receipt via whatsapp can take awhile to be sent.
- Length amendments got charge, not FOC
Would recommend brides to visit this gallery. It is worth it for the price to look beautiful on your wedding day! :)

Was anxiously hunting for a back-up dress (also went to a few others places but couldn't find the right dress) and was grateful that Chloe was being very helpful and patient in finding the right dress for me. And I managed to get the right dress for myself on the same day I visited thanks to Chloe.
The whole experience was a pleasant one. Highly recommend for any bride-to-be to visit and be prepared to be pampered with beautiful dresses. ?

Would like to give a big thanks to Chloe for being so accommodative and she totally went above and beyond. 10/10! She picked out the perfect gowns for my figure and because of her, I found the ONE gown which instantly make me fell in love with it. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very good first fitting session in 7th heaven bridal gallery, most of the gowns looked great and i decided right away to rent my bridal dress from the shop. Also, customers are seen on appointment basis to minimize crowd with strict adherence to hygiene & SOP. Absolutely LOVE the intricate details of the sequin embellished gowns and the mermaid dress was so flattering for my body type. Keeping in mind each bride has their own preferences, there are also a wide variety of designs and shapes of gowns to choose from. My bridal consultant, Chloe and a few other staffs were very helpful and accomodating throughout the fitting sessions. There are also rental available for the traditional Chinese kua costume with very intricate details. The downsides: prices of gown rental can be costly and customers are not allowed to take photographs of the gowns during fitting. And i think it should be also be highlighted to customers from the beginning that fee for alteration of dress length is not included in the package.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a superb experience with 7th Heaven Wedding team. I got to know about 7th Heaven from a close friend. From online consultation while I was abroad up to customising my dream gown to suit the wedding venue, even though I didn’t have too much time due to limitations imposed by the pandemic, everything turned out perfect on the big day. If you’re looking for your fairy god mother and fairies to make you your dream gown, this is where you need to go.
Chloe have me lots of space to pick what I really like but also professionally gave advise as to what might work best for my occasion - this is something every bride needs because Chloe would have worked with MANY brides and occasions, so she knows what works and what wouldn’t. Also, +10000 for the customisation done for my gown! I didn’t have the problem of “love the bottom but not the top, vice versa” because my gown was perfect from head to toe.
