★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are very friendly, responsive and approachable. The hotel is clean. They attend to our request efficiently. We enjoy the stay with the daily update (both video and voice). We feel our pets are in good hand with them. They will be our next choice for pet hotel.

Especially Midnight, my elder pet, he’s not easy at all with strangers yet you manage to make him comfortable. It’s such a relief to know that our pets are safe and cared in good hands. We’re also very happy with your friendly team, excellent service and clean environment. Thank you for the daily updates too and we’ll be back again.
