★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We sent our 4-month-old puppy for their boarding service few months ago for nearly 6 weeks due to some relocating and space problems we were having. The owner sounded very professional and convincing when she was explaining to us on the services they provide, eg cageless concept, big garden (12,000 ft), use of essential oil, video updates, etc.
After the 6th week, we realised the owner was not honest as she requested to send our puppy for professional grooming session. The puppy is not one of the breeds that requires grooming. It triggered us immediately after realising this is actually the second incident of similar occurrence. We then decided to check out our pup.
Prior to checking out, we requested for the last billing. We were shocked!! There were other hidden costs which none was mentioned to us before, such as cost for bringing the puppy to vet visit (per trip), giving the puppy special diet, etc. We have no choice but to pay without making a fuss as our little puppy was in their hand.
In addition, we bought our pup some very durable toys (the brand 'Kong'), one of which is so sturdy that even a lorry goes over it, nothing would happen to the toy (literally). However, on the day of checking out, the owner told her the toys are all gone. Unbelievable! During the 6 weeks, there were other unpleasant experience and minor things happened as well.
Successfully checked out without making a scene and we managed to find a better boarding service provider for our little pup after that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seriously the worst person i have ever met.
Firstly, i booked for boarding for my dog online.
There were no notification that informed me to contact them. Even then, i tried to contact them but no one answered.
Brought my dog for boarding and was treated so badly. A middle aged chinese lady spoke in the most rude way. All you have to do is tell nicely that its fully booked or its not available.
Dont put a web page online if you dont know how to manage.
Please teach your staff some basic communication skills or just how talk to people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent my dogs Hazel and Lexie here for 6 days when I was away for vacation and was completely satisfied with how well they were taken care of. I even received daily updates on them with videos! I would definitely recommend PamperPup for your furkids!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saw this doggie day care on google and decided to try it out! Been to a few other day cares too but did not feel the love and respect like how PamperPup gives. They literally look after our doggos like babies. Really appreciate they're love and care they give for our pups both diesel and tiger. Thank you so much and will definitely recommend to whoever that needs daycare or boarding for their dogs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love leaving Bella our boxer here for play dates on Wednesdays and anytime we go away. She jumps out of the car when we arrive cause she is so excited and comes home exhausted and happy. I also love the videos they send while away

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At PamperPup Daycare, my furgirls get to exert their energy to play and make new friends. With the vast yard, they get to run around to their hearts content! The girls get to even do sleepovers because there’s nothing to worry about as they are in good hands and good company :) Thank you Mindy and Alan for providing a clean, safe and fun “second home” for them! :)
