β β β β β Security control team doing good job. SOP closely followed, probably cost a lot.
Not sure if occupancy rate.
Over time when renting potential diminishes maintenance fees fall behind.
No rental owners cannot pay expenses outflows. Upkeep cash flows set in negatively and not enough to pay expenses.
Result is SOP cannot be maintained.
A general problem when property overhang in M'sia

β β β β β I have stayed in somany condominium but this is the worst one. View and house is good. Not friendly people. Management is the worst. No group for communication. One inside lady doing here agent work. That's it. Overall not friendly condominium. Stay and enjoy inside the house. One community takeover and thinks other all stupid

β β β β β Good staff..very helpful. Clean and pleasant ambience. Lots of green makes it comforting to walk for its residents. But they really ought to have separate car entrances and security checks for each block. It gets jammed up since all blocks use one main entrance for residents and visitors.

β β β β β High class Condominium. Very tight security systems. Super nice landscaping. Very eco and green ambiance. Systematic in and out visitors traffic controls. Absolutely great place to stay. I believe this is not for normal residents as this property worth billion RM.

β β β β β Stayed here for some time. Great facilities with The Club attached to the residence. Newly added edible garden and badminton court freshly painted. The coffee corner is newly added.
