Well-maintained, efficient & friendly security. Facilities include swimming pool, gym, tennis court, playground, BBQ pit and 2 car park lots per unit. Although my unit is facing the LRT line, sufficiently quiet and peaceful. As a previous pioneer committee member of the JMB, it was quite efficiently run then and now. E.g. we looked at ways to minimise operational costs. However, even with these efforts, I do see good maintenance - the swimming pool being cleaned weekly and overall cleanliness is superb.
When first handed over to us (I think more than 10 years ago), Sunway was very fast in dealing with identified defects. Credit given where it is due.
Noticed a free MBPJ bus service route a short walk away at the main road just ahead from nearby Cita Damansara, junction of PJU 3/27 and PJU 3/22, which appears to run along PJU 3/22. Otherwise, about 11 mins walk to nearest convenience and food shops, as Google Maps calculates, which is about right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not easy to get this kind of condo anymore below RM1m. Semi detached house design for all units, low density, 2 parking lots per unit, extra parking with EV charging for rent added, new MRT station at Sunway Nexis approx 1km away at Sunway Giza, Tropicana Golf Club, Thompson's Private Hospital, St Joseph's International School, IKEA and IKANO 5 mins by car, lots of greenery and very well maintained with security regularly patrolling parking and stairs even inside the building at night. Mostly families and feels like home.
