Facilities was properly maintained and keep upgrading.
Like the low density, the maintenance crew and management team.
Small hiccup with the swimming pool condition where somtime the algae are quite thick.
Children outdoor playground shall be upgraded.
The unused children swimming pool at the ground floor due to serious mosquitoes issue should be transformed into other usage.

Good for family and bachelors, unfortunately partying late into the night poses a problem for neighbors.
Definitely will come back to my second home every other month.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pool was under repair for nearly 2 months, thus the 4*.However this is a lovely condo to live. Conveniently located near The Curve and transport links. Good security and friendly staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the worst places to stay! The only good thing are their guards (the ones in white uniform). Other than that, this place is full of uncivilised and disrespectful tenants. Such irony because these are educated and quite affluent people. Not only are they super noisy throughout the day and night, they also throw trash out of their windows e.g. chocolate, candy, ice cream wrappers, fruits etc EVERY DAY.
Reported to management and they're not responsive. PLEASE STAY AWAY. Not worth the headache - imagine the pest control bill you have to pay out of your own pocket.
