★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staffs were friendly and professional. Did not push on sale items or so. My hairdresser Evon, understood my hair texture well and gave the haircut/hairstyle just as I wanted. I was able walk out comfortably with the finished look to the mall.

Disappointed!! Went there the second time, ended up getitng a very poor perhaps a second class service. The staff was very very pushy on her additional services and very unprofessionallly handled the tools till I got my skin burnt. I was charged RM58 for normal wash and blow dry (no straigthener nor curler) for my past shoulder length hair. Will never go back there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are very professional and know what your hair need most. Me and my children are a regular customer of this hair saloon. We usually came for hair treatment, coloring, hair cut, rebonding and all sort of things. Hair washing is a breeze and done profesionally. Massage skill are very good if the washing session is longer, i am afraid i could fall asleep anytime! Kudos to two staff there from Nepal. Very chatty and i love to converse with them about anything. Thumbs up and Keep up the good work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there and was treated like a princess. The staff that washed my hair was super duper helpful and informative. Taught me a lot of things regarding hair washing. The hairdresser was also nice, and the end result was satisfyingly amazing. Great service and friendly staff. The product they used on my hair was also great and refreshing. Would definitely come here again for my next wash and cut.

I came here with my daughter for hair trim but the girl at the front desk tell me that no one is available to do the hair cut and ask me to come again after one hour, i come back after an hour and she still telling me no hairstylist is available and they will only do hair trik for kids if they are free. I come back again for the third time one hour after that, there's 4-5 hairstylist just play with their phone and she still telling me they will do hair trim for kids if they are free. I ask them when they are free? She said when no adults is coming for hair style.. Stupid..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walk in for a haircut for my girls. The front desk lady told me everyone is busy. Then I asked if while waiting can we do manicure. Told me that she is also busy. 5 minutes later I walked pass by the shop, the manicure lady was playing phone and they were 2 stylist hanging around playing phones.
A very very bad service. I hope actions being taken because I am not the only one experiencing the same thing.
Went to Hairven, the young man at the front desk isls very friendly and nice. Explained they are full and told that I can slot in if there is available slot.

The prices are expensive. The front desk staff needs customer interaction training. We were assigned senior stylist. The stylist was knowledgeable and respectful. She did a really good hair cut & explained all treatments clearly.
The overall cleanliness of the place could be improved (hairs all over the place).
