★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there to get hair treatment and one of the hairdressers keep insulting my hair and making fun of it. She keep laughing and keep making unnecessary comments on my hair to influence me to re-color my hair. I understand that is your marketing strategy but seriously, you have to change it. That’s is so unprofessional and wont make customer come back for your service.
The environment of the store also a little bit unorganized. Different from my first visit there. I heard the owner already changed. That might affect the surrounding as well, but it certainly look worse than before. Should decorate nicely instead of wrapping customers inside white plastic to have that “Muslimah saloon concept”
My hair treatment consist of hair wash, steam and blow dry. Nothing special. I even bought the Schwarzkopf hair mask there for RM80, the hairdresser also insist that the original price is RM100 but they will give RM20 discount for me, but when i checked shoppe, the real price is only RM30. Better check at shoppe before you purchase anything.
Hope you can change your way of working and certainly don't go around and making unnecessary comments to your customers. You should advise not insult.

But it turns out the hairstylist suggested to take a 'relaxing' treatment because she said my daughter's hair not in a good condition to have the style she wanted. It's okay i get it when you work that's your job to promote your treatment package. But you must have noticed that my girl obviously a student not a working women. If you want to suggest customer for some special treatment, you have to tell them the price too. Such an unprofessional act because from my point of view, the hairstylist have taken an advantage to my clueless daughter. And it's obvious when I enter ask her what did she do with my daughter's hair, she was not comfortable. Maybe she just realised that my daughter came with her mother.
Last time my visit here before pkp 3.0, another hairstylist have told me the price before treatment. She just trying to promote, that's all. And I was very happy with her service. But last night, was a disappointment.
Another thing, there was a 47 years old women at the front desk. Such a rude action when she had raised her voice towards the young man who also do customer service at the front desk bossing around about petty things that you supposed to have in a meeting.. and all customers of course can hear everything. Salute to the young man for being calm and very polite too. I can see she is not the owner, but even if she is..it is very rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made a booking. Waited 20 mins cause hairstylist went to buy food. Told them to call when hairstylist is back. 1.5 hours later they still havent call. Receptionist also not friendly. Bad CS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a worst experience of hair coloring in this salon.. they are very unprofessional... the women who call herself a very expert and senior hairstylist damaged my hairs with a low quality hair color... when I call them to fix the problem they totally refused and said that this is not our issue... they were insisting me to bleach my hair, I told them that if I want to do highlights then I can bleach that parts of the hair.... but now I just wanted to change my hair to 1 shade lighter which is not a big deal without bleaching...but the lady did the worst job she even don't explain what she is doing with my hair... they are very unprofessional... every salon do marketing but the main concern should be the satisfaction of customers... I will not recommend this salon plz don't waste your money there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ it supposed to be a professional hair salon, so do with the stylists. this one woman stylist today, even after showing picture for reference, she cut my hair i believed to be based on her convenient. the style was bad...once cut, u cant really reattach do u?..
i went here because last time a guy stylist really did a good job. never thought the woman today was so incompetent..very dissatisfied.. sigh..
