★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for rebonding, treatment and hair cut. I was happy with May Phang's service.. She handled my hair with care and i'd love to have her do my hair again. However there were times when another hairstylist took over (Idk her name but she has bangs and wears glasses, looks young) to wash my hair and iron/blow it and it was very painful... She yanked my hair very hard during those times. Even when she brushed her fingers through my hair and clipped my hair up felt painful. I'm not sure if it's because she was trying to rush things but i think she needs to work on the way she handles hair. I was a bit scared i was gonna have hairfall from the stress. Kinda ruined my experience a bit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have always loved my time at A Saloon and this branch was, as always, amazing! I definitely recommend asking for May bcos she know’s what’s good for you. Treatment wise - she went above and beyond (for my hair, my comfort and even my stomach). She made sure I’m comfortable & bcos I have sensitive scalp, she made sure the chemicals didn’t irritate my scalp (which is soooo assuring since most saloons don’t even ask you about it). I did scalp treatment + coloring and the results made me tear up a bit bcos I look and feel great. Thank you May. FYI - this is my honest review. Not paid review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always go here to wash and cut my hair everything is okay staff friendly, pricey yes. The only thing is they are quite rough in handling hair or even to comb the hair.. otherwise all good..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience with my stylist, May at this salon. Told her what hair cut I wanted and she gave me exactly it. Usually hairstylists would cut more inches than requested but not at this salon. Love!

She takes time to listen to the customer’s hairstyle ideas and preferences, and then matches that with her talent, skill and experience. Her execution is not rushed, tidy and on point too! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a client of Anna’s at the salon for about 7 years. I live overseas now but every time I return to Malaysia (1-2 times a year), I have to visit Anna for a haircut and treatment. I like to have my hair layered, and she does a great job listening to what I want and cutting my hair with great precision. It is difficult to find stylists who are able to do layers well, so i am very happy to have found her. The staff at this salon are always friendly and very efficient. The space is clean and inviting, and they use high quality products. I highly recommend this salon and Anna for any hair styling needs you may have.
