I bleached and dyed my hair here, and my hairdresser Yen was super helpful and took the time to recommend the right colour and explain the process of bleaching for my hair type even though she was super busy and had a lot of customers to attend to? I am extremely satisfied with how my hair turned out from her. Thank you so much Yen!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been doing my hair makeovers here for a year now and I am loving it so far. My stylist was Dixon. He does a great job listening to what kind of look you want and from there he will give some suggestions to help you get the perfect look. i suggest fixing an appointment before going if you dont want to wait.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first time visiting this shop (recco-ed by my friend based on the reviews she saw) I did wash & cut, cold perm and treatment.. They recommended me to go with cold perm because I wasn't sure what suit me more.
So the hair stylist asked me if I have any preferences for my curl and I told him specifically I have no idea but as long don't make me look old can d.
He suggested me to go with cold perm because is suitable for me and medium curler to perm.. because large perm might not stay longer he said
So I trusted him and allow him to do what he thinks best.. after few days my curl gone and I went back to the salon to seek for help.. The hairstylist was so defensive and said 'You don't know how to manage your hair is it?' BTW FYI I did cold perm before and it lasted more than a year.
So he suggested to wash my hair and see what went wrong the next day (I came when they were closing soon)
The next day I came, his mood changed and be willing to redo my hair after..
He still insisted that I dont know how to manage and I wanted a big curl (he x know I permed before)
Later he only apologise for choosing the wrong curler after I told him about it.
Now the curl stays long but not as best i think. This round, they did it properly by making sure my hair is curled properly before removing curler & apply more chemical.
Overall experience, I just feel helpless and wasting my money in treatment actually. Cause they need to reperm-ed my hair + time wasted
Wont come back or recco my friends here.
