The first time was a pleasant experience. I very much like my hairstyle and so did my mother.
The second time we made an appointment at 11.30am (if I rmbr correctly). When we arrived, the shop is not even opened yet. Shortly after then they arrived, opened the shutter, switch on the lights etc sweep the floor then only we had our hair cut. Why agree to an appointment at that time when you're not even ready to receive customers? Why make us wait unnecessarily??
The third time we went there, there were many people however we made appointments. My mother's hairstylist was able to style her hair first whilst I had to wait for more than an hour and even then I think they were people who came in after me and got their hair cut with the hairstylist I made appointment with first. I wouldn't be so angry if somebody came up to me and apologise that I had to wait so long and if I would like to reschedule an appointment for another day because they're packed but no. No one came before me, I waited there for so long while my mum's getting her hair cut. Later when we paid for my mum's haircut, we told them I waited an hour and I haven't got my hair cut. All they said was they have a lot of people (yea, I know but I made an appointment, does that matter?) I give up. It was like it didn't affect them at all. Just nonchalantly ask if I still want one. Of course not! No remorse whatsoever, no apology. I went out furious.
I admit they are good hairstylist who knows their stuff when it comes to hairstyling but I don't fancy their customer service. Not going back there again.
