★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 餐厅环境不错，但员工们都死鱼脸，那个男经理更是个臭脸的。只吃了他们的炸鸡，不辣的很好吃（比麦当劳好，跟肯德基有得比），辣的不行因太重辣椒粉味了。
The restaurant's environment is good, but the employees are stubborn, and the male manager is even more stinky. Only tried their fried chicken, the non-spicy version is delicious (better than McDonald's, and comparable to KFC), the spicy version is not good because it has too much chili powder flavor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff dekat A&W ECM tak mesra pelanggan. Layan lebih kurang. Nama aku malas sebut. Aku pon kerja f&b. Penat macam mana sekalipun, aku layan customer baik². Bukan layan macam sampah. Aku tak suka sebab aku pon customer services. So aku boleh tengok layanan korang macam mana.
Staff near A&W ECM are not customer friendly. Serve more or less. My name is lazy to say. I pound work f & b. Tired of any kind, I serve good customers. Not a garbage service. I don’t like it because I pound customer services. So I can see what your service is like.
