★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parking can get hard especially durong prak hours. Alternativrly you can park in Kuantan Coty mall which is just next to it. Good selection of shops in ECM. There id Parkson also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All great. As expected from ECM never disappointed you if you want to buy things, window shopping and eating. Many place that would entertain you. I love how their places the shops in like more open space. The shops also divided like at 3rd floor just eating shops, easy to choose where to eat. But one thing I disappointed is why there's is no any place to sit. Shopping malls should have random chair to customer to sit. So tired because need to sit at outside with hot weather and many people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have ordered food at ecm until now there is no answer, my order was rejected because the food delivery man was not allowed to enter .. when asked why, the deliveryman gave the reason that the security guard did not let in using raincoats .. where is the cleaning worker? is it too complicated to dry a wet floor? lack of workers or lazy workers? I hope my superiors monitor ... don't be stupid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Large shopping center with many outlets. Parking is a big problem. Can use touch and go for parking. The outdoor parking is clean and beautifully designed. The information for location of the outlets is not easily found. There is no more scanning or temperature measures at entrance. Many are still wearing mask. There are crowd without social distance at eatery outlets.
