large parking space indoor and outdoor-make sure you bring your touch and go card
(but usually congested on friday or weekends)

KFC / johnnys - steambot / sushi / nasi ayam penyet / chicken rice shop / subway / A & W /and many other food outlets to make your day

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terribly bad. Paid parking and it took 45 minutes to reached the exit. Once slotted in the parking card rejected due to exceed time limit. Pushed the intercom button and no one answer. Have got out the car and paid again another RM2 for the parking

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice shopping malls, has variety of shops. Grocery available at AeOn, 2nd floor.there some shops with global outlets too.
Spacious parking lot, but pls aware that during peak hour usually cara queue to enter the parking lot or shopping mall lobby.
Overall the mall quite convenience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Large shopping mall. Most outlets are present. Parking is a problem during peak hours. There is no longer restriction for infectious disease. Most restaurants are in third floor. There are many shops for babies and children including clothing and toys. There is parkson and aeon supermarkets

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorry to said.. I vacation at Kuantan.. stop at east coast mall... But, service staff east coast mall very rude ( no experience on customer care officer ).I just asking the location supermarket, but your customer service look like to eat me, answer give to me it's look like me it's stupid. Happen on 15/05/2022 Sunday. My suggestion better u put maps every level so customer easy to find shop lot. And save cost. Improve customer service department.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Many interesting shops was there! As always ECM would never make you disappointed if you want to shopping, window shopping or even just go to eat. Cinema spots was also great with nice staff. There is many toilet spots also if you often go to the toilet and clean of course up to the time I always visit the malls. All the shops was arrange in good section, for the example at third place many food shops, from the shops with main dishes and until the snacks bar section which is also has a place to dine in. Escalator and lift all can use most of the times I visited the place. One thing I little dissatisfied is there is no random chair or places to sit around. I need to wait outside with such a hot weather welcoming.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1.Lot of parking available with fair price.Valet parking also available but much pricey on weekends.
2. Be aware that weekend will be packed of people and social distance kinda hard to maintain
3. Lots of entertainment and good restaurant inside.
4. Restroom is clean and not smelly as its comfortable to answer the calling of mother nature
