★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nostalgic place for me since 1980's... first A&W in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. My all time favourite are the root beer float and waffle. The waffle was perfect with crispiness and fluffiness to it.. and will go well with ice cream or honey/butter... heaven. Onion rings was good but pricey for a small servings. As for fries with Coney toppings..can skip this order because so so only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food quality is consistent trade mark of A&W taste! But on the operation response for the dine-in guest, the management really really need to take a look into it, many people queue but the avaliable seating will never be filled up, this shows the counter staff is not efficient/enough to ssupport the capacity of this restaurant, u see long queue, and queue never subside, just from my queue i see 2-3 couples could not wait anymore and walk out of the queue straight. I like to visit more but the

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Newly renovated, so looks good, and nice location by the lake (although designers did not use the view to their advantage). Alas, service is atrociously slow. Takes about 5-8mins to serve each customer so plan accordingly. There is always a long queue for the drive thru as well during peak hours. Root beer is still as great in a mug, although the ice cream (for the float) tastes artificial. Fries were cold and soggy. Overall, nice place to chill, but don’t come here if you’re in a rush or in need of good food.

The place, after being refurbished, looks great. The black & white tiled flooring, the orange & brown decor is maintained??.
But they need to re-label the drive-thru course & counters: Counter 1 - order , then straight away Counter 3 - pay AND receive.
Fix the labelling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Newly refurbished and reopened with a bright retro interior design and nicely placed bar style style dining counter top facing the lake marred by the drive through lane.
The parking lot traffic flow still leaves a lot to be desired with confusing directional arrows albeit with nicely line parking demarcation. Landscaping and green space wasn't given any thought at all.
JVed the old alfresco space turned birthday party room to Jamaica Blue coffee. Still has an alfresco at the entrance with few bar style tables.
Very friendly welcome was given as you enter and order was swiftly taken and fast food was served fast this time which defines the word "fast food" in the fast food game. Hope this standard and level of operating procedure continues.
Coney dogs and root beer floats forever!

Things to enhance = service & experience.
Also the parking space is quite less~ if peak hours might be difficult to enter
