★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tried the new menu Cheese Golden Egg fried chicken today, it taste like fried chicken but with Maggie powder on top, its so salty that it taste like pouring maggie powder straight into my mouth. i had to peel off the skin and only eat the meat. not worth the expensive price

And of course the curly french fries too?
We take the combo set with fried chicken ,french fries and root beer ,costs 14.90.
Not recommend the fried chicken,not so fresh
Btw,Is worth to step in for a root beer float with double scope ice cream!i bet you wont regret!

Service on par.
Waffer are crispy.
Drinks float are as good.
Burger and fried chicken are normal soso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food: BAD & AWFUL. The french fries was fried badly, tasted flour more than anything else. Food quality control was a total disappointment. Waffle outlook looks cheapskate and tasteless.
Service: I would like to give a negative rating to the Supervisor of the day (1st February, 9-9.30pm). When we arrived the counter he was checking on some bills, then he came to attend us without greeting us, then while we were looking at the menu he just shouted for someone to help take the menu. That’s fine. I believe it was a trainee who attended us, because he seems not very familiar with the menu. Then they gave us the wrong order, when we told the supervisor (who was wearing red shirt), he doesn’t sound friendly at all and kind of blaming us????? Hello??
Environment: 1-star. I believe it’s festive season, and they are seriously short of manpower, some tables was not being cleaned properly. If this branch is under good care, it will be a nice outlet.
We used to love A&W when we were young, but now we are all left with disappointment.
A&W, you died once and your survive, but you survive badly.
