โ โ โ โ โ I have waited at the cashier area for more than 10 Minutes and the staff come said the Order using kiosk. And after I purchase my order using cash and need to wait for payment and no staff was there waited more then 10 minutes and no one notices me till I voice out. Itโs was a bad experience and KFC MYTOWN SHOULD ALWAYS HAVE STAFF ON CASHIER AND HIRE MORE EMPLOYEE

โ โ โ โ โ Did self collect, took more than 1 hour to finish the order. With only 2 staff manning the store should have close the system, at least i would have chosen another store.

โ โ โ โ โ I buy online self collect. But after 30 minutes more, i walk in to the store and my order didnt even ready yet. When i ask the cashier where is my order. Then suddenly the staff behind just started packing my order. Whats the point to buy online if i have to walk in and remind the staff there about my order. What makes me angry is when i arrived at the store there is no customers and all the staff is talking to each other and ignoring all the online order. Is this how KFC treat their customers? Shame on KFC MyTown. Gotta leave a very bad review too. ??

โ โ โ โ โ The chicken was tasting dry & rotten, it's the worst KFC I've ever had to be honest! I was literally grossed out by what I had to eat!
Don't think I'll ever go again!
However, the Chinese lady staff is absolutely the most wonderful staff ever, that's one great thing I gotta rave about for this particular branch. Very well groomed, helpful, friendly & articulate, everything that makes for excellent customer service. Even the unappetizing chicken won't change my impression on this particular staff.
