โ โ โ โ โ I love A&W. This place is the worse. Food was cold. And the boys are not really into their work. Doing it just cause they want the money. MANAGER not around to check on their Staff. Overall the place is extremely clean!!!!!

โ โ โ โ โ Long queue ; only 1 counter is open, and the same guy is preparing and taking the order. Queued for probably 45 minutes.
Food is still okay, not too fancy but not too shabby either. Root beer float is still awesome.

โ โ โ โ โ Maybe I have not been to A&W for quite a while. Connie dog is really way below average, not really a good choice. Would prefer other brand if considering fast food.
Service is average, ambien.... No comment, MCO, did not dine in.
Drink is still OK.

โ โ โ โ โ Not so cozy but a fine fast-food place. The taste are okay too. What do you expect of it? Yes, you got that. But the complaints are the burger is quite small compared to the price; corney is not as presented; and the cleaner staffs are not so friendly and kind of rude too. Why, because they put the chairs on the tables around us when there was 20 minutes before closing time. Maybe they are tired, but 10pm is the closing time and you should start preparing to close from 10pm not 9pm.

โ โ โ โ โ The coney dog sauce and sausage was cold . The curly friends was cold and soggy until no shape of curly fries. The root beer float also a flop. I remember how A&W tasted when it just openee when I was a child. Now it is one of the worse I've tasted till couldn't even finish the sausage. Don't think I'll walk into an A&W anytime soon

โ โ โ โ โ really love the staffs here very hardworking, itโs okay if they only speak malay. because last time i checked, this is Malaysia am i right? kudos to the kids working here you are doing a great job. always here to get the waffles because it is the best made from here even though the wait is a bit long for the waffle maker. fresh from the waffle maker , the waffles are delicious amazing worth all the wait. keep up the great work yeah!
