β β β β β Food is up to standard. The fried chicken is good and the biscuit is a must try. Texas Chicken is pretty much the only place I know of that sells Southern-style biscuits that is pretty good and can be easily gotten.
However, service can be slow, especially at peak hours. It's also annoying that they are reluctant to give you the chicken parts that you want. Their response will always be I can't guarantee you I'll give you the part you want, which is a bit ridiculous since other fast food chains have no problem giving you the parts you want, even if it means you may need to wait. There are three outdoor tables but the tables are a bit unstable and it will always be a while before tables are cleaned but this only because Malaysians still don't pick up after themselves at a self-service food joint.

β β β β β Came here during the Hari Malaysia, having promotion of RM6.90 with two pieces of chicken and a drink. Super worth. Staff are friendly and hardworking.

Chicken is amazingly tiny. It was known for having bigger chicken than kfc in the past- this was one of its selling points.
No french fries but a small muffin in lieu. KFC meals provide more value for money, as it has improved with the surrounding competition. The standard of texas chicken had dropped a lot. This is consistent in my previous visits to this outlet- the serving is consistenly small, and consistently overfried as well.
Mental note to self is, never come back here.
Other improvement points:
1. Staff is not focused and takes a long time to process orders. Seemed engrossed in their own conversations rather than being focused on their jobs.
2. The placecard displaying promotions should be prominent and right in front of customer, and the cashier must make sure of this. In my situation, the placecard was on the next counter. I saw it only after placing my order.

β β β β β I order thru grab 2x Mexican Wrap. The food arrived as stated in the apps around 9.08PM.That is good.
The biggest problem is the Mexican wrap is so tough, in fact very tough. No taste at all. I really thought that there was a bone when I chew on it... but it was the chicken strip. It was a painful experience for my jaw. Really, no more for me from this outlet.

β β β β β Went yesterday during the MCO period..can dine in already but limited number of seating..the crew are helpful and the service quite fast..but only the problem is the sauce is not prepared for dine in including water refill, so everything you must go to the counter.. other than that, nothing else..so far so good !!

The girl who at the food pickup area seem not so friendly, I asked whether that the foods on the desk were mine, and I seem heard something but not clear and she was wearing mask hence I can't see and read her mouth and she didn't really face to me also, so I asked again to confirm but she glance at me not even a second yet, seem answer yes but still not clear also, so I just took the food away, I saw her eye seem tired and no so happy....
No.matter how are you today, as the front line you have to keep yourself look happy and friendly, otherwise, it may ruin others mood alsoβ¦

β β β β β One of the better tasting fast food franchise that specializes in fried chicken. Their fried chicken are more tender and larger in size compared to KFC or McD . Taste wise they are about the same. I particularly like their muffin like buns that comes with the combo meals . Soft drink is free flow can can be refilled without any further charges. Overall a better fast food restaurant in the market now . Recommended to give this a try if you are looking for some fried chicken to satisfy your palate.
