Wanted to buy a waffle on 11am. The worker said its not ready yet untill 12pm.
Come back at 2 pm they still on break and just playing with their friends beside the stall. Need me to wait until 2:15pm for them to take an order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I arrived at Daily Fresh Wangsa Walk Outlet @ 7.55pm on Saturday (25 May 2019).
I waited at the counter ready to order, only to receive an uninterested and rude reply from your staff who showed me a "T" sign (probably telling me that he was on his break) and ignored me.
While I understand that the Muslims were breaking fast, the stall was still open for business. In addition, it had been 1 hour since break fast time. There was no additional notice suggesting that business would be delayed or halted. While I understand that he could be busy, he should have looked for another colleague to serve me. Unfortunately, he didn't. I was ignored despite waiting for another minute. While the staff were using the mobile phones and eating away, no one attended to me. I would have been understanding if they were busy or short of staff but this wasn't the case. It was obvious enough they were uninterested in doing business.
As a fan of Daily Fresh, i am utterly disappointed by the service standard displayed by your staff.
