★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pharmacy has two floors. Its stock of medicine are quite completed and it provide many controlled drug which used for special diseases. However, the new come customer must always look for a help from the staffs, so they can find out the drug quick and easy.

Comes with two reserved parking for AA pharmacy customer.
Helpful staff - there was once they have ran out of stock for a particular medication, and they called another nearby branch to reserve it so that i can pick it up.
Tip: If you are a regular customer - do register for an account with them, so that they can keep a record, and maybe discount in the long run.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad layout of their products. Also, milk tins were placed on glass covered shelves.
I spent more than RM450 this morning and they were going to charge me for a plastic bag. The Lucky Garden branch never charges for a bag. The cashier said it was company policy, so why not in Lucky Garden?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad attitude from the chinese lady cashier with spectacle downstairs. Gave me torn money with tape on it. Told her the money is torn, then she replied.. where got torn until I pointed to her.
Unprofessional answer she said already stick back. Please bear in mind the customer have the right to change it if the money is torn regardless whether it already taped/stick back.
She changed it but not in friendly manner. Please improve your attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AA Pharmacy ss2 is a really bad place to buy products from. I was told that the face masks has arrived but had to wait more than an hour for my reserved masks. I can't even pay first and take the stock later.
