The staffs are either tired or just arrogant. No smiles, slow service, and no reaction to when prompted about where my order was. Nak order waffle satu je dah 20 min menunggu.
Something is wrong with this franchise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 stars, eventhough they sort of win with the thirst crunch with the root beer float, I feel that their 1 scoop of ice cream has become really really small!
I saw the food was out long already but they took their time to do the drinks! Such simple order but the service was really slow!
If you are excited to eat fast food well, don’t be too excited. The fries was cold! Why? Seriously?!? Such a mood killer.
Chicken was meh. Won’t be trying again sticking to other fast food chicken. They can’t compete.
They ought to do their rounds and wipe down the tables! Standard SOP even a fast food one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A&W root beer is the only drink at fast food restaurants that will you come again and again because it's a taste that's always be missed. Chicken and other things are about similar to other fast food restaurants but I like this branch because it's near by my house , staff are nice and helpful.
