Mediocre food at best. Horrible menu practice. Have to read it from my phone even though the table mats are the menu ? waiter is ok but lost and obviously hates his job. Never again after two times. Yuck

Taste is ok. However the serving speed is very slow. Waited almost 25min for our food at 3pm when half of the place is empty. Serve one tomyam after 15min of waiting then have to wait another 10mi for next two dishes to come. The tomyam portion abit small also.

This is the Absolute Thai at Mid Valley (lowest floor). Terrible service by the staff. Terrible service system. Using the QR code to order but got issue cant print the QR code, had to wait so long to order. And customers who came later get the QR to order first. Please go to Absolute Thai at The Gardens (upper floor) for a better experience.

We had dinner at ~6pm saturday, not so much crowds Overall had good experience having a dinner there; Service is OK, waiting duration upon order is acceptable, decent eating environment Food is simply a sensation; 1. Tomyam seafood (red) is cooked to perfection, but i would appreciate more if the broth sweetness can be further reduced 2. Siakap goreng with mangga muda is also cooked perfectly. Outer skin part is very crispy yet the inner texture is maintained not dry Absolute thai meal price is standard across the branches which can be a bit pricey A well deserved 5 stars from me

2Feb22 • 2/2/22 A special date that has been ruined by a bad experience from this outlet. Arrived here 6 PM. When we arrived, outside table dont have any customer. We are the only one. Inside got 4 or 5 table with customer. We took the outside end table near the ayam gunting shop. Our expectation is the services will be fast since there is not many customer. When we arrived, there is no waiter outside to entertain us. I need to go inside to inform the waiter and he show me to our table and begin explaining the order procedure. He also didnt mention any method of payment and i also didnt ask. Finished our order via the QR scan around 6.15pm. I’ve ordered 7 items on the menu. The drinks arrived very fast which i thought “wah, very fast service. They really lived up to their name. Good.” I’ve already thinking about giving 5 stars already. Thinking of 5 foods ordered, which 2 is main course (basil with rice & tomyum with rice)and another 3 was only sides dish (sunny side egg, crispy wantan skin & crispy chicken skin), we’ve thought that it’ll take some time to prepare so my wife go jalan2 with my son to go buy some take-away jajan and i waited at the table for the foods. But when my wife arrived at the table after the jalan2, the food is not there yet. My kids already bising because kids didnt like to wait at same place for a long time. The clock is 7pm. My wife already lapar and you know what asian mom can be when they hungry? U can smile while thinking of the answer but please read it with unsatisfied tone. I notify the waiter inside of the incident of un-arrived food because customer behind me (which came later than me) already got their food. And i also noticed that all the table outside already filled with customer and they got their food. The table outside dont have any customer when i arrive. 5minute again, because my wife already begin her asian mom pre-nagging phase, i go inside and informed the waiter that if the food isnt prepared, just cancel everything. Lucky for us the waiter said the foods is almost finished preparing and will be sent to us immediately. The food arrived in said time and we finished eating. No time to comment on the food because we are very hungry. Only the two main course arrived. Other 3 side dishes didnt and we also don’t bother because we just want to finish eating and go back home. To me the food is ok. Asalkan kenyang sudah laa. When paying at the counter, i informed the cashier about the 3 side dishes that didnt arrived. While canceling the items on my bill, he just make an ‘okay’ face like it’s a normal thing happened there and it’s like they didnt even make the foods. And he didnt even say sorry. And when i want to pay cash, he said that cash is not accepted, only qr pay or card transaction. What the?? This is first time i encounter a business that didnt want to do cash transaction. So to summarize my bad experiences here : 1. Waited too long for the food 2. Food ordered didnt arrived 3. The waiter needed to be informed to serve customer 4. Why no cash transaction? 5. I think the staff needs more training on how to serve customer Please improve your service and kembalikan mutu kegemilangan Absolute Thai!

Nice ambience. Lovely food Absolute Thai Gardens is aligning to the green concept with the outdoorsy garden feel exterior surrounded by greeneries and flowers! The outstanding highlight of this area, the vertical gardens with fresh plants is an attraction added to the comfort of the rattan sofa chairs around. The interior is enhanced by a wooden tree with illuminating lights placed at the center of the restaurant with Thai food and lifestyle photos, arranged along the right and cubicle walls. There are also mirrors along the left wall to create that conducive feeling on an enlarged cosy room, accompanied by two female portraits that are painted by a renowned Thai artist, in the middle wall. In short, this restaurant is worth to pay a visit for the experience of the ambience and to explore the aromatic and delicious Thai food in a modern nature design setting

Ordered chicken pad thai and i think this is more like chicken SOUP pad thai. Taste nth near pad thai, worst of all i had serious diarhhea after it. Definitely nt coming bck fr anything else.

Quire a good offer for the set meal. Own preference the Basil chicken rice doesnt basil enough
