★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food turned out to be decent although most dishes were on the salty side. It's a street food concept unlike other Absolute Thai restaurants. With Thai street food concept, this restaurant is willing to sell Chinese Tea but unwilling to sell warm water. They won't serve warm water even if you are paying for it, like Chinese Tea. They insist on mineral water in small PE bottle, which is really bad for environment. This is NOT 'Hospitality With A Heart'. Absolute Thai is a big chain but its not environmentally friendly, and it only wants profit even from water.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This franchise Absolute Thai got in every malls in M'sia incl. one near to my house but only this one in Midvalley GF look like street-stall, always got lunch promotion. Different from Absolute Thai in Garden Mall 2F, more expensive and offering individual dishes.
Maybe I ate so many good Thai restaurants outside, I don't feel it's cheap at all, taste is so-so and I don't like dim-lit restaurant at the end corner in Midvalley but good point - very quiet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Pineapple fried rice with prawns" was sticky, moist, awful. What is served and what is shown in the menu is totally different (attached here).
Hospitality was bad and unfriendly. Would NOT recommend to my family and friends.
However, the tomyam is good. Deserve two stars instead of one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very freaking pricey (all main dishes are RM 15.90). Called seafood tomyam and it had barely any seafood. The prawns are transparent and have no taste whatsover. Staff was unfriendly as well. There was also a lack of variety of food. Moreover, the restaurant seems to be always sold out of dishes. Hence, 1 star but 0 if i could.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ went on one of the Saturdays where there was quite a lot of people. Food was alright, and I enjoyed it. Ordered Spicy Thai chicken rice and comes with an egg as a topping. Not the best but not the worst either.... thanks Absolute Thai.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are craving for authentic Thai street food on a budget, this is the place. Most main dishes are priced from RM15.90 and there are options for snacks and drinks. The restaurant is usually busy however these days, you can scan the QR code and order & pay online. The food is served in less than 15mins. Had the Mamaee dry tom yam noodles, Tom Yam seafood soup and Green curry chicken. All tasted so yummy, though the 2 small prawns in the Tom Yam soup is really tiny and just a few small pieces of sotong and one slice of fish. But overall, service is prompt, price reasonable, portion sufficient and taste great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seating SOP compliance was good. Proper seating arrangement and distancing. Staff were quite strict to ensure diners were seated accordingly. 1 star point for that.
Unfortunately the food here were not up to the par. Definitely far from serving authentic Thai street food, and not to mention at those price tags.
Pad Kra Pao was missing the Thai basil leaves distinctive taste & smell. Maybe sweet basil leaves were used here instead of Thai basil.
Besides that, the fried egg here should not be called fried egg. Quite sure that the egg was prepared or fried in microwave. Total failure. Tasted rubbery. Don't understand why this place can't even prepare a properly fried egg. Or perhaps taking a short cut?
Pad Kra Pao is a classic Thai dish. A Thai restaurant should be able to serve a good one. And if you failed?
