β β β β β Customer service here at seremban is good, i admit it but very dissappointed with their delivery system. I JUST MADE A POLICE REPORT regarding my missing item. Waited for nearly 2 month, and found somebody else selling my item online, yup it is a rare stuff. I am pretty sure there was a syndicate between their high rank staff and Customs DiRaja Malaysia, I have my friend from Customs telling the same thing.. they never send the item to you, they steal it and sell on line as a black market. You guys just wait for your CLoSURe..

β β β β β Really bad experience with ABX Seremban. Call few times and not follow up with my parcel. Then said my address wrong and phone wrong. But, this address can be delivered by Ninja VAN/POST LAJU/J&T no problem just ABX said is wrong address.

parcel facing difficulties at custom (need custom clearance for own use cosmetic product), delayed for one month, after call ABX headoffice, follow instruction send a few email, problem settle and receive my parcel in 2 week time (few day public holiday). staffs give a good service in settle the problem. appreciate
