★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service. Set appointment already, but no show. Wasted my time waiting. Call many times also never pickup and never reply my messages. Don't use this person's service. Liar and a waste of time. Bad customer service, no need to do business la like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cannot trust. Not honest. He replaced aircon for me. After installed got problem, water leaking from my unit, so I called him. He didn’t pick up. I texted him with the video, no response. After 30+ calls, got fed up and called manufacturer who sent their tech. When the tech asked who installed, we show him the receipt and a miracle happen when the tech called him- he answered!! I called him immediately and he answered too! Finally!! Since the manufacturer’s tech advised us the problem , I relayed to him. And the cheek he had to tell me it’s my piping got stuck when the tech showed that it was the installation that was wrong. And he refuse to fix the problem. So to anybody out there who’s looking for a trustworthy, professional and honest aircond service/repair, don’t use this guy. You will regret.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recommended by grab app into kaotim. Give the boss a call. He instantly asking what brand air con and specs. Without coming by to inspection, he directly give his verdict that the air con brand I have is made in China brand. Not reliable. And straight away blame that brand it self. Smell fishy as if u are air con owner, u don't have to be expert in order to find out whether the guys is cheating, con or lying to you. My friend recommended me someone honest, the guy drop by and check my air con, then it is just a capacitor not working. So it is not able power up the compressor in order to chill the air. The guy even said my air con is working g perfectly fine even ages of it 10years ++. He said that my unit is pretty clean and don't have to wash at all. All working fine. My unit r22 gas don't even need to refill. Thank God I found someone super reliable and honest... So no thanks to this places.
