โ โ โ โ โ Not professional at all. Being a business POS backend support team, but very low efficiency, and the attitude like weโre owing this company a thousand million. When system / device shows default, their service team attitude is not helpful at all. Sometime even need me โ to remind โ the service team to solve my problem.
Super low rate for this company. Every times system default happened, the services fees will be charged on customer. I had been paying service fees RM250/once for 2/3 times after using their POS system. If their attitude is friendly and willing to help, Iโm acceptable, but the situation is not.
Iโm an easy person, this is my first bad google review. Very disappointed on this company after the situation happened for several times, and of course, also their service teamโs attitude. It low down productivity since the service team is not helpful when the system goes wrong.
