★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time sent for cable repair, they scratch my screen. Told them, totally ignore my messages. Within few months had same issue. Brought it back, they said its not cable but motherboard issue but too expensive to repair.
So, I brought it back home and opened the laptop to check. The Ram and bios is missing and many other screws. They took it since I do not want to repair. I guess they didn't expect I will open the laptop. Totally Unprofessional.
