Caused my time as well as my transport fees
I came all the way only to find out class private or cancelled
She didnt double check nor have the iniative to inform beforehand
It's indeed a very disappointing experiences
This happened multiple times and this week twice continuosly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boutique fitness center located in Lorong Maarof bangsar. If you value privacy of one to one training and variety of small group exercise, this is the place to be. They have state of art technology using the EMS which I would label it as "shortcut to fitness for busy people". 20 mins on it is equal 90 mins normal exercise. They also does corporate program and corporate inhouse gym management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing modern studio. Great staff and instructors. Attended a class with Vanessa for yoga and aerial yoga. Feel very relaxed, realigned and reenergized. Wenisa's PT session was tough but one of the best I've had, highly specialised in holistic approach for those with specific sporting injuries. A must try for those looking to find a great studio with yoga classes. Will be back for more classes in future!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t be fooled by the signage from the outside. You can see that it’s nothing very fancy or eye catching from the outside of the studio. However, the interior of the studio is really comfortable. Attended the airflow yoga by Wenisa on Saturday 9:30am. Had a really great session and will be back again. The studio is very clean and the class is only taking 6 pax per class at the moment and there’s social distancing too.
