The Coaches ( Khairul, Zul, Abdul) are very friendly also very useful.
GOOD LOCATION as well, near public transport.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really enjoyed the session. I have been doing EMS training for many months in Abu Dhabi. But Impulse studio KL Sentral has shown the full potential of EMS training. The trainer Abdul is really motivating and is able to cater to my needs.
i recommend this place to anyone with very little time, but wants results.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great EMS training session in just 20 mins in Impulse Studio! It was a intense and fun experience that you will never experience before (being electrocuted) ? can feel my muscles are fully stretched and torn as i had DOMS the day after the workout. Would recommend to people who are busy or lazy for gym, and even people who wanna take your workout routines to a whole new level ?

Since I work in the area, it's convenient - I can just get a session done in the afternoon, and get back to work. No gym gear or attire needed.
I'm always looking forward to my Impulse sessions!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a trial session in KL sentral Impulse Gym. The session itself felt great and it was fascinating to experience the impulse training, however, the moment I entered I could smell mold, the training mats were all moldy and mold toxicity causes severe symptoms and especially if you exposed consistently. In order to suppress the moldy smell they spray fragrance during training which is known and proven to be an endocrine disruptor. On a big scale the impulse training might be really effective, however, you might be causing more harm during training in a water damaged place and breathing in chemicals. I am personally very sensitive to environmental toxins and avoid possible exposure. Hope impulse can fix those issues and pay more attention to health conscious customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean environment with professional trainer. Good experience and workout. Definitely will try it out once they have promotion. Burning fats by using impulses is a whole new experience. Worth to try it out if you're a first timer.
