β β β β β Great customer service from the staff. They have a good indepth product knowledge, and most importantly they are not pushy and are patient with customers. Buying a mattress is a touch and feel type of purchase and being in a showroom environment, you need to simulate the comfiness of a bed in 2 mins and try to remember and compare it to the one you have at home. So not an easy task and takes time to finalise a purchase.
