★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst IT shop ever. I've struggled a month just to buy a desktop computer from them. The shopkeepers kept messing up and procrastinating my order. When I was at the shop, they left me hanging multiple times because they were always trying to focus on several customers at once. They kept misunderstanding me too as they were rushing my order. Even though both parties have confirmed on the specification of the computer, changes were still made because they don't even know what stocks are left. They delivery service sucked too, they pushed back the arrival date time and time again. If you are looking for a shop for computer gadgets and accessories, don't even consider Acute IT, the customer service and workers' attitude are horrendous, it'll be a waste of time and energy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst IT shop ever! Would have given 0 star if I can.
My laptop had got water damage and they took it for one and a half months and finally changed a new chip set for me. The boss said the technician had test run and everything works fine, but not until I brought it home. I switched on the laptop, no cursor appeared and two USB ports not functioning. I immediately brought it back and they again, took my laptop for another two weeks, but this time they chose to refund me and told me they not gonna repair it. WOW! And the worst thing was they even put back the damaged chip set back to my laptop. These people think that refunding money back to customers can make them abandon their responsibilities.
Wasted my TIME!!! To avoid any unpleasant or even frustrating experience like mine, I would suggest people or students around Sunway to not send their laptops to any repair shops in Sunway Pyramid but send to individual shops where the technicians are literally working there.
