β β β β β A good place to relax and enjoy the surrounding nature with nice food served by the resort. The rafting was fantastic and my whole family enjoyed the trip very much.

β β β β β Stunningly beautiful place for a quiet relaxing getaway. Loved the landscaping and the view of the misty mountains in the morning. Accommodation is simple, clean and cozy. Amazed by the variety and deliciousness of the food and felt utterly pampered during our stay. All the staff were friendly and made our stay felt very welcoming.

2. Activities doesn't usually start on time
3. Foods are exposed to flies and not covered properly
4. Utensils and plates are washed by guests without any proper inspection after
5. Room keys ownership is very lax without proper checking
6. No proper way to indicate no cleaning/Do not disturb for any guest room
7. Maintenance worker do not call guest for permission to access room for inspection

Came here with a group of 10 and stayed a night. The accommodation was okay with mosquitos net, so glad we're not being attacked at night. We also brought Mosquitoes coils to be placed outsd the room.
From checking in to checking out, it was smooth process.
We went for white water rafting and the experience was priceless too. Good for group activities for adventurous people.
Just a note to inform people beforehand to sit or hold tight and to be on the lookout with the plants overhead while transporting to n fro the activities via a big lorry.
Another thing worth mentioning is the buffet. From breakfast to dinner, the food spread were above my expectations and delicious. Adeline was so nice and welcoming to all of us we enjoyed meal times alot.
Alot of nature around here and it's definitely a good place to relax with family and friends! Come and experience yourself. No regrets ?

The room size is big and clean.
Worth the trip there.

β β β β β Highly recommended. Everything was great. Service was good , Food was impressive particularly every nights dinner that comes in a huge buffet spread. Took the package with activities (caving, Absailing, jungle tracking, white water rafting), everything went smoothly and was very fun. No need the hassle of arranging it ourselves. The whole area was very scenic and nicely maintained. Rooms and toilets were clean too.

Adeline herself is a super friendly host, her staff was amazing and very accommodating to help our stay enjoyable. I would definitely visit again and recommend to my friends and colleagues.

β β β β β Great place for retreat, from pricing, services to how accommodating their staff, I was surprised by how cozy n home feel treatment.
Great options of buffet everyday and she was so humble, passionate and make us felt like back to mom's house kinda treatment.
Highly recommended and definitely will comeback for a visit.
