β β β β β Nice place for weekend. Close to white water rafting. They even attract butterfly, Raja Brooke to the resort. Owner couple provide excellent service on-site.

β β β β β Great place to relax. Amenities are basic but very clean. Food provided was delicious. The place surrounded by durian trees and butterflies. Water rafting activitives just short walking distance away. The couple (David & Janice) really make you feel you want to come back again.

β β β β β The owner Mr Ooi and the staff are friendly and helpful and happy bunch. They made our stay there memorable and enjoyable. My daughter enjoyed herself so much and she recalls many of her first experiences.
The food is simple but very nice. the grounds inviting and refreshing.

β β β β β Basic lodge in Gopeng that offer a variety of activities (white water rafting, tubing, jungle trekking). Highly recommended if you are travelling with a large group. You will have high chance to have the resort all for yourself. Lunch breakfast and dinner provided. Parking space also available.

There was a time when I was in great need of a respite from work, and longed for a dose of mother nature. ??
Looking for a campsite, I stumbled upon Gopeng's crystal clear river waters with its surrounding lime caves and the lushest of greeneries.
We visited Gopeng Rainforest Resort. Where we pitched our tents, the air was cool and fresh with nearly no mosquitoes at all; I snuggled in my sleeping bag throughout the night, and it was a good night's sleep.
We brought our own food supply and equipment. Our caring sisterly nurse, Coria, whipped up Tomyam Fried Rice using a portable gas stove. In the cool environment, the dish was fantastic. It would have done well in any restaurant, I'd vouch for that.
Sadly, the rivers were muddy when we came. Rainfall had been torrential the previous day, leaving the water currents to be excessively strong and muddied up.
When the pandemic settles, hopefully in the near future, I'd love to be back to experience the cool waters, the white water rafting, the caving, and just fully immerse myself in nature.

β β β β β David and Janice are hospitable and very good company. Their meals are varied and delicious. Active people are catered for. We did the trekking, waterfall and white water rafting. The resort setting is relaxing and communal. Plenty of global problems were solved late into the night over a glass of ones preferred beverage. A great experience for groups of family, friends and colleagues.

a short get away. very close to the water rafting starting point. there is also some stream close by.
As for lodging- very basic. bed and bathroom only. no tv. no wifi. but there is a ping pong table (free)
Umobile no line. however tune talk and celcom top notch
Both the host are very Friendly uncle and aunty
the lunch was delicious????
