β β β β β The environment was calm and hospitality the was good as well.The price that we paid included food and so call hi-tea , yet they forgot to deliver nice food.However the manager Miss Tina try to solve this issue, yet not met our expectations. The food ruin our holiday moments.
The main access(300 m only) to thier main gate was very steep and filled with rocks damaged our car several time.They fail to advice us to considering the continental car.
Excuses are well planned lie .Pls improve your service .We are paying our saving not the fortune.

β β β β β Great place for nature lover. Beautiful and quiet place to chill and relax. Definitely a great place for those who want to break away from busy life, jam and noise in the city. The boss of Hijau, Mr.Benjamin is friendly and nice.

β β β β β Beautifully designed resort sync with nature. great place to just chill and just be with nature. Located in secluded area in a jungle with flowing river just next to ur balcony, the sounds of river & smell of forest just so refreshing. Small pool on our balcony for relaxation & kids to play. It's just 5 min drive to nearby waterfall (gerutum falls if not mistaken). The staffs were truly professional and amazing. However, there are some area that can be improve for instance
- to add ons more choices of activities for guest such as outdoor camping, cyclings, indoors games, spa etc.
- improve on dining ,give more options on type of cuisine and ala carte menu as its not easy for us to go out & get our own foods esp at night.
Dont expect posh 5 stars hotel experience but if you love nature do give this place a try ?

β β β β β Booked at BV4 unit. We checked in late almost 7pm but no electricity coz tnb doing some maintenance. Luckily its just about 15-20min blackout.
+) been provided with extra bed more than we need. 1king,1quenn,2 xtra bed.
+) easy parking. Just beside our unit.
+) spacious. Clean. Linen n towel smells nice.
-) bumpy and winding road. Nothing much can do coz it'll located far remote but worth the scenery. Just be prepared
-) no mirror inside unit.
-) slow water pressure for water heater.
Overall its really a good experience to us.

β β β β β Great place for nature lover and a quiet place for family gathering. Visited in last week of the year for family retreat. Stayed in Glampung Loft which is cooling at night with fan. Children love bathing in the river.
Though might not be easy for the elderly to climb up the steep staircase to upper floor but they could sleep at ground floor on wide sofa and comfortable sleeping bag provided.

β β β β β Spending our weekend here was really a good decision. Totally worth the money with the breathtaking green view, left you with deep in thoughts. Having a blast with my group since we're a group of 9. The staffs are always very helpful and friendly. Totally worth coming here after the ups and down on the road. I wouldn't mind at all coming here again with family perhaps. The food was amazing and suite our taste as well.

β β β β β Room is good but should have provide with tissue. The water flow (river) is not suitable for small kids. Strong Water flow. The road to the place quite narrow and will take more than 30min to arrive. Just walk away to river but not recommended w small children. Water rafting wud be great. Good service (hospitality).
