★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Should have numbering system so easier for patient to know their turn. Otherwise patient has to wait for hours. Lots of patient but slow service. Staff and doctor is really good but have to wait for hours is very tiring and time consuming. Should have improve their servicing time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sincerely hope this management of Advance Vision damansara utama branch do something despite all the bad reviews in google and own experience!
Can you do something on your staff customer service? Can you send them for a training or anything?
And a staff was seen attending a puan sri in a nice way and took time to explain to ‘her’ while her actual service to other ‘normal’ was in rude way, not polite, no patient, dont even think about her will speak to you more than 10 words! Other staff attitude were also like as if we are talking to a deaf ears. Can someone do something ?
And on payment, eyes ald blur with earlier medication, was asked to walk across the road to withdraw cash. Cannot accept transfer? Staff expression was ‘no sympathy’ at all. No advance notification on bringing cash for payment deposit.
Halfway at atm, received a call to say procedure need to in hold despite during doctor meet up ald ask so many times to ensure my condition is able to proceed or not.
Ok fine, lastly was told by the same staff that next round visit can transfer??? I cant accept this ! Earlier you gave your expression that must pay by cash, then within 10 minutes you say next round can transfer?? Seriously if you have your own procedure, please brief the customer ahead nicely on your payment schedule and method! In a nice way please.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The waiting time to be examined and see the doctors are very very long. I've had 5 or more appointments here and most of the time, the waiting time is around 2 hours or more haha. I'd consider myself lucky if i can meet the Dr in less than 2 hours. Please consider going to other clinics with better services. And from my observations, they only have one opthalmologist at a time. And lots of patients. Prolly can increase the number of doctors to reduce the waiting time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time I write review and I think I must share this out as this is most ridiculous poor service I had met before. First visit I had spent around 6 hours for a so called thorough checking before I had decided to go for a TransPRK procedure. 2nd test prior to procedure (after a month+) , I had been told that I hv to top up for RM3k for a layer of gum in view of my cornea will be very thin after the procedure. I had already shown abit upset as I was not being informed this during my first checking and my 1st & 2nd test result didn't show any significant changes. Well, I had tried to be tolerated and I told the doctor that I don't mind to pay extra but the procedure needs to be as per my original schedule as I have some plans after that. After checking, they continued to upset me, doctor can't arrange the original schedule for me and I hv to wait for another 2 weeks for the procedure. After I waiting 2 to 3 hrs, this is the outcome. Damn disappointed with the service, without 2nd thought, I asked to refund for my deposit. Thank you and goodbye, I will not enter this ophthalmologist anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just had to write a review about this place. The service is really bad. Front desk aunty was quite rude. Shouted that "only patients are allowed to come in" secondly, most of the patients here are elderly people and the clinic made them wait for so long.
What is the point of so called making appointments when you have to wait. Might as well go to a government hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shoulda read reviews before making an ‘appointment’. Our 9.30 am with Dr Yeoh? Well…we arrived at 9.22 am and we’re still waiting…reading reviews of this place while I wait is like reading horror stories…3 hours, 5 hours, 6 hours of wait for less than 15 minutes consultation?! Truly horrified.
Will update if I can before leaving here. Compared to those that have waited so many hours…mine is kacang putih…

After waiting for 2 hours and 10 minutes, hubby’s name was finally called and tests were done. Took about 23 minutes. The lady optometrist was very thorough though.

Another 27 minutes, we were finally ushered in to see Dr Yeoh. My verdict…IT IS WORTH THE WAIT! My hubby had seen top doctors and professors but Dr Yeoh solved his problem within 35 minutes!
On top of that all, it was the cheapest we’d ever paid!
OUR GRATEFUL THANKS to Dr Yeoh and his staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think i am reasonable enuf to ask the front desk about when is my turn for the appointment?
1) understand that there are so many people are waiting. But it’s aimless for us to make APPOINTMENTS and still taking forever to wait. Then what is the APPOINTMENT for?
My appointment at 10am and waited until 1pm.
Then I went to ask the front desk, and the front desk straight away ignore me (like literally non see me)
2) it's a cold weather and my friend sneezing the front desk Chinese lady shout at him and say 'hei, are you healthy or not'
The attitude is very bad, and eveyone staring at us.
I did not make unreasonable requests, but other comments. They are also responding to the very poor service attitude at the front desk. Since so many bad comment only toward to the front desk Chinese lady, but still she is here to work at front desk.
⚠️Kindly suggest, if you cannot arrange your appointment well and over taking appointments, you should not let ppl to make appointments at first and only taking walk in then that is fair for everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Advance Vision located at near Starling Mall, I was there for the TransPRK Surgery. Advance Vision is the cheapest Eye Surgery that you can get comparing to its compatitor, I mean for RM2998 for both eyes, with spectacle power below 500 is quiet cheap, some other place that I surveyed before is RM3,000 for one eye, and RM7,000 for both eyes. For fresh grad like myself, I find this fairly price. Its a good investment for your eye, doesnt need to wear glasses anymore, can wear rayban or other shade that I cant wear before, can watch the cinema along with subtitle with ease, and no more foggy spec when you get out from your car or at genting highland. Today is my last apoinment date, so there will be no more apoinment for me except of theres anything wrong, they will do their best for the lifetime warranty
Service
For service, I find that they have tried their best for all their customer, Dr there were great and helpfull, the receptionist is okay, phone call also didnt have to wait long for ringging. Some of you may have trouble with the apoinment, but thats the downside of cheap place where there are plenty of other people want to get thing done. Its like a government clinic, cheap, get things done, but also get the best critic for their slownes, because?? more customer = slow on service, you just have to be patient, you choose there yourself.
