Poor coordination, during peak hour they can easily get confused and mess up your order. You will have to supervise them in order to get your food.
Kindly improve efficiency, please use a pen, don't rely on memory.

โ โ โ โ โ Best come here off peak if you want other items on the menu that are not porridge (e.g. rice, noodles). Newly opened, so the efficiency of the employee are not that great. The floor is oily the food tray is oily, and many more surfaces are oily. I think just walking in the restaurant I feel oily already.
Some of the menu is microwave ready packed food. When I was there I ordered the Chicken Curry Mee, but they forgot my order. Then rushed my order and the chicken (microwave ready) is cold on the inside.
Won't come back anytime soon. Maybe in 6 months I'll visit again to see if there was improvements.
Edit/Update: So far I've seen improvements in cleanliness and efficiency. ?

โ โ โ โ โ Bangsar south branch' staff is very rude! No manner! What about your service? I don't know many things in your shop! Your staff so impatient! No explained me and annoyed me! If your shop have many customers, I understand. But I'm the first customer and nobody there. Why this phillipine guy so rude?

โ โ โ โ โ It's located behind the food court and near to carpark exit. The food quality is ok, but the problem here is you need to wait super long time due to their poor system of food distribution. Not sure why they need take so long time to arrange and segregated the order.

โ โ โ โ โ The curry chicken taste weird. It tasted like old leftover chicken that has been continuously reheated. Hygiene of shop is bad too. Thereโs a pail of mop water left near the tables. And there was lack of utensils. Have to wait for the worker to washed it first. Worst I Love Yoo branch for sure
