What I like:
-Huge and easy to navigate
-Lots of Japanese stuffs
-Great offers
What I dislike:
-Looks old and ageing
-Fresh foods are not as fresh as the other leading grocers.
-Dull& unattractive beauty products& cheese selection

β β β β β brought their marinated lamb.... saw the meat was pack the day before, and expiry was 2-3 days after.
felt weird when in counter , there was a 50% discount.... went back, unpack the lamb, and it was very smelly.. though it was just their spice, so fried it... the smell gets worst to the point i almost puke...
i can stand smelly food.. but this was too bad.. meat was turning black ( i thought it was just the seasoning at first ).
My whole kitchen smelt bad cuz of that meat..

β β β β β Great shop, well department store. Any gift you need you can always find it here. They have a wedding register here. Great for christening, birthdays etc. Even if you just pop in for a browsing experience. It difficult to leave without getting anything. And the staff are so helpful, polite. Which for sales staff is becoming rather a rare quality.

β β β β β I really disappointed for the slow service several times before but this time is too much!! I want to buy shelfs and cabinet but none of staffs was available or seems to care at all. I was waited for more than half an hour!!

β β β β β This is one of the largest AEON store that we have been to. Place is divided into four floors, comprising departmental stores (Level 2, 3 and 4) and a supermarket at the Ground floor. It is the biggest store within Sunway Puramid in terms of retail space. It remains steadfastly popular with patrons who visit this mall as AEON is usually quite crowded, especially during the weekends. You will be spoilt for choices as far as their range of merchandise are concerned, and pricing is reasonable too!

β β β β β Each floor has only 1 available counter operating. The others are closed and I can't think of any reason. When asked the cashier at the only available counter, she rudely replied, 'we don't have staff'. 'You think I don't know'. Gosh, people working sure have attitude way worse than most places.
Kindly avoid buying here. Aeon needs to beef up staff courtesy and politeness.
