β β β β β Extremely disappointed with Wah Chan Sunway Pyramid. Our family had been regular customer of other Wah Chan stores for many years. We have been shocked by the arrogance and the lack of customer friendliness during our 2 visits this July. We regret our purchases. In addition, one ear ring purchased some days before got slightly damaged. They did not accept to replace it for a similar one without us paying 25% of the value. We will never go again to any Wah Chan store.

β β β β β Went there to get my ears pierced. A really good price of RM45/piercing. For the price, William a really lovely and friendly sales assistant pierced our ears and helped us choose our basic earrings that comes with the price. He was super approachable and made the environment light and fun for something as stressful as piercing ears for the first time. :)
