Itβs best to enter the entrance, down the escalator to LG2. From escalator, u will see it. Right under Aeon.
Staff are nice and friendly.

β β β β β Such a slow staff. Only one staff do the drinks. The customers wait too long for waiting the drinks. To conclude, the service is too slow. Staff need to improve their skills and treat the customer properly. Thanks.

β β β β β The shop is quite big. Menu is various with many options for amount of sugar hyas well as ice. Price is reasonable and taste is pretty fine. Staffs are moderate friendly and supportive enough to make you comfortable. The thing I love the most is the modern milk tea menu which contains of healthy nuts milk for people who are not keen on animal milk. Beside on flavor, there are also numberous topping options for customers.

β β β β β Slow staff. When I was at the counter, there was nobody attending to me. Instead those 3 staffs were looking at each other trying to decide who should attend to me. And the guy who attended to me seems unhappy and didnt even smile when taking my order. So the environment isn't positive when it comes to customer service. Product wise, Cham Fusion taste good but my mood spoiled due to staff behaviour. This should improve.

β β β β β There's a lot of staff in the shop, now not peak hours. I bought a cup and happily get my seats. But the sitting environment is kinda dirty. By all staffs are busy, so I guess you know how to arrange or even to take turn, to make sure the environment or your shop area is clean?

β β β β β The quality of milk tea has dropped as compared to its competitor like TeaLi** and Ko*. Please make sure your staff is well trained in making tea and always ensure the raw ingredients are really fresh to maintain the quality of the drinks!

β β β β β Horrible service. Went to the store and was told to wait while they check whether thereβs enough ice. Waited for a good 5 minutes while they slowly go through the orders and receiving more delivery orders.
Asked the person for an update and was told to wait because thereβre a lot of orders. Seriously?! Then I told the person to check first not for me to wait you go through 10 orders then tell me thereβs not enough ice!
Came back and told me that we could proceed to order but tell was told they donβt have anything apart iceblended. When I asked why didnβt he say earlier, he replied with a cheeky smile: β Lupa β
Honestly, if he had just apologised, this review wouldnβt even be written. The overall management of the store is below acceptable standards, both service and cleanliness.
