Even no chance to buy and eat at United Point mall. Regretful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Check out counters strangely always limited with 2 counters open during the peak time. Expected queue 15-20minutes. No self check out counter.
Non available Internet connection is another depressing issue the supermarket is facing since opening in Mac'2020, and ultimately hindering the cashless transaction in swift process.

There is no customer service at all. Both.
If you don't feel want to work in Nice environment supermarket, please go run your own chapati stall
Dont bring your bad attitude & throw to customers.
Another one more time you treat customers badly, I will definitely give you a lesson that you won't forget for the rest of your life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you not familiar this area is best not to come here. When coming this mall, if miss the turning will lead you to duke toll plaza. When you exit the wrong way also lead you to duke toll plaza also. I end up pay for 2 tolls just to come here even i just live in selayang. I think is my last visit here since i felt better go to wangsa maju aeon. Nothing special here and the supermarket queue is very very long even i just buy few items and not many cashier work here.
