★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was such a bad experience for sinovac booster dose vaccine in this clinic by an unexperienced doctor (Dr. J) and a nurse (Ms. Kitty) as they cannot provide a professional advices when they had failed to give me the proper injection (suppose to have 0.5moles sinvoac booster but end up with 0.3moles due to the fluid was leak out during injection). They told me to take a new sinovac injection because they worry to take the obligation for not providing full vaccine but not given me an proper advise, such as is there any effect for overdose but no professional answer given. At last i got a 0.8moles doses in total. After the injection, the nurse just simply put the plaster on my arm, when I requested to get a new one, she feels so annoying about my request and unwillingly to help me replace a new plaster. I am so disappointed on this clinic even the government vaccination centre is able to provide me a better experience. It's end up with their person in charge of this clinic contacted me and solved my problem as he able to provide professional advices base on my case.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here to get the Pfizer booster jab. Walked in around 10:30am to find a short queue. We were worried that we'll need to wait for long, but that worry was unfounded.
The staff here were really efficient and a lady tended to us promptly. She asked us a few short questions and gave us a form to fill up.
Upon completing the form, we handed it back to the receptionist and waited. It's our fault for sitting on the plastic chairs outside as we couldn't hear our names being called, so definitely sit inside while you wait.
We waited around 10 - 15 mins before our names were called. Upon entering the doctor's office, we were given the jab and voilà. Honestly before I could even process my nervousness about needles, we were done. My partner went in before me and it felt like it was less than 30 secs when he opened the door again and said it's my turn ?
Kudos for the efficiency. The team has gotten the routine down to a T. ?
Ambience was nice and comfortable for a clinic. I can picture myself coming back if I ever need to see a doctor.
