★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small AEON MaxValue supermarket located on ground floor near the entrance. Basically you can find most of your groceries here and quite convenient to the neighborhood. Entrance to this supermarket is one end and the exit is on the other end.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a regular customer and have been wanting to redeem Jamie scissors for at least 3 times in previous months and always no stock. Today got stock and because cashier is busy asked me to come back in the evening. How can this be? Expect customer to come back again so inconvenient. And if I come back and then tell me no stock how?
It only took 5 mins to process redemption. I also have to queue at the cashier to buy groceries.
I hope management can look into this and don't expect customer to buy groceries go back and return again to redeem again which there is no guarantee whether stock will be there. Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An Indian woman cashier name Sugi, very rude. When the time I make payment she asked me rudely (APA KAMU MAU, KALAU KAU NAK BAYAR PERGI TEPI SANA) when I looked around there was no other cashier there so I continue line up as I hope she could understand there was no other cashier except her. After that she RAISED HER VOICE YELLING at me by saying (SAYA DAH CAKAP SURUH KAMU PERGI SANA, KAMU TAK NAMPAK SAYA DAH TUTUP) She yelling at me in front of my children and others customers. I'm regular customer there and I feel like very disappointed with Aeon why they hiring such person to work for them. I would rate 0 star if I could. And there was a staff said because their department not enough staff so she behave like that. I feel like I couldn't accept the reason they provided for me.
And one things... I noticed there was some foreigners customer who line up in front of me she accepted the payment without asking the foreigners go away. As I'm malaysian chinese woman who bring along children so it's not the case? So. What about if Aeon make it clear that only served foreigners customer and NO MALAYSIAN ENTER Aeon mall??
Not recommended. Very rude staff.
