★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's an alternative place to get personal stuff if the other places (Watson & Guardian) don't have what you're looking for. Organised and simple. Staff are well trained cause of the Aeon brand. Other than that, it's just another pharmacy-store concept.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to complain about your 2 staff at Aeon Wellness Atria. Today, 16 Jan between 12.45 and 12.54 pm I was at your store. I and several others wanted to pay but not a single cashier or staff was around in the entire store. I didn't go into the staff room but I stoot outside and shouted "hello" many times. No one came out so I thought the cashier must have gone to the washroom. Finally 2 staff came out and it appears they were hiding behind the whole time! So I said to one of them, "tak tunggu depan takpe, letak lah loceng kat depan, customer boleh panggil". Then she pulled out the bell which she had hidden somewhere, so actually the store had a bell but she hid it so that customers could not interrupt whatever they were doing at the back room!
This is not the proper way to do business! If the 2 staff were handling other customers I don't mind waiting, but do you pay your staff to goyang kaki while the store outside is full of customers who want to pay and want to ask questions?
