★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The price and location might look attractive, but its surrounding is quite dodgy, even during daylight. Visited this place and had a strong feeling that it's not very safe. Hopefully with more future development in the vicinity, security and outlook of the surrounding area can improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros: Prime location. Short drive to Sunway Pyramid Mall. Easy access to Subang Jaya, Puchong, PJ and KL (Towards Old Klang Road).
Cons: The surrounding consists of illegal stalls which is increasing day by day. A sore in the eye

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Low rating for the developer team Chin Hin. For 8th Stellar buyers or other projects, please have a look out on this company. Ask around and not rely on google only as Chin Hin hires people to remove negative comments but not doing the real work of assisting their buyers. Be vigilant.
