β β β β β 18th August 2020 930pm ride from KLIA2 to Aeon Bkt Tinggi Klang.
Indian uncle driver was endangering the lives of his passangers by chatting on his hand phone for the whole duration of the journey.
Aerobus must insist on a safety SOP guidelinefor all its employees.

β β β β β Very cheap and well maintain coaches and clean. Bus depart excatly on time. I was use this service for my transportation needs to klia/klia2 many times already and i totally satisfied with their service and will continue use it. Thank u very much aerobus and their crews.

β β β β β Economical ride to KLIA 1 & 2 for me. Though recently, it is costing more than it used to, as the ride used to cost RM10 and now, RM13. Also, the rides used to be prompt, the uncle who drove seemed nice and the bus used to be cleaner and smelled better. In my recent ride back home, was the worst as there was an awful dampness in the bus and I saw a roach crawling away.

β β β β β The minimal amenities make it a wishful dream for the word terminal. It's more like a bus stop.
A roadside bench under a simple canopy is the only seating for waiting passengers.
A kiosk 20m from the bench outside the rear entrance of the shopping mall serves as the ticket sales counter.
Could be so much better, but seems to serve its purpose well enough for the majority of undemanding patrons.

β β β β β Easily travel klang to airport in RM 13 only. Nice bus but terminal should have waiting room, there is no waiting room u have to wait at road side.

β β β β β Nice service to KLIA and KLIA2, just next to AEON Bukit Tinggi Klang. A little too narrow for drop off and pick up but now they open another lane for drop off and pick up which really eased up the traffic. Price RM15 per trip which is rather reasonable. However recently there have been fewer trips which are a little inconvenient. Staffs are polite and friendly.

β β β β β The bus ride from the AEON Mall to the Kuala Lumpur International Airport takes about an hour. If there are four of you who need a ride to the airport, it would still be cheaper to take the bus rather than a taxi.
I found the bus driver very courteous and helpful. He assisted with storing the bags into the bus luggage compartment and patiently explained to passengers where to place their bags depending on their destination, KLIA or KLIA2.
My grouse with this Aerobus AEON Mall bus terminal is that there is insufficient place for a car to stop to drop off travellers wanting to take the bus to the airport.
Secondly, should it be raining heavily , a person taking the bus will definitely get wet. Although there is roof cover from AEON Mall to the bus, one would still get their luggage wet and also when getting into the bus.
Thirdly, if you arrive early, there is no seating available. You'd have to stand next to the bus while waiting for the luggage compartment to be opened and also for the bus doors to be opened.
