★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always my first choice when it comes to traveling to Malaysia. It’s leather seats are equally comfortable regardless if you are on upper or lower deck. Love the spacious leg space! On top of it there’s a screen for everyone for entertainment so it makes the whole journey much less boring and dreadful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used Aeroline many years ago and I was very happy with its service until my recent trip from KL to Penang. The coach was WVH 8891. Corus hotel 4pm to Penang. The toilet was filthy and it doesn't flush. The blanket was soiled and smelly. I opened the seat tray and it was grimmed with dirt. This trip with Aeroline was very disgusting. The managrment need to do more with the house keeping. It is by far the most expensive bus ticket but the cleanliness is worst then some buses that charges half its price. I hope Aeroline will start some serious spring cleaning and repair all its toilets. Please maintain a higher standard since you charged double of the usual bus fares.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An enjoyable smooth bus ride (VH 8001) from Bdr Utama To Penang. Staff @ Bandar Utama are very courteous, friendly & helpful. Lodge area is clean with free refillable coffee & tea. Driver was very good as he drove according to speed limit & it was a smooth & before you know it....u r in Penang island. Kudos to our bus capron ie on board steward who provided a superb & excellent service. Bottled water was quickly served as we started our journey, next came entertainment headphones. 1/2 hour into journey, d aroma of hot rendang chicken with rice was gently served. Our hardworking steward regularly (8 times) came up to help clear any rubbish from its passengers. Kudos to both bus caring drivers & our super efficient steward on a good trip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first time using their bus line, and was pleasantly surprised with their CLASSY services. The crews at BU were kind and helpful while the driver and the stewardess for the bus were both extremely kind and respectful. The price is of a different range compared to those bus services offered at TBS or Hentian Duta (pricey but totally worth it). Why? One; I wanted a service around Bandar Utama area, two; services around 10.30am instead of 8am/8.30am offered by others. Three: simple but tasty food and drinks provided. The BONUS part is the AWESOME services. Highly recommended.
