★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They charge you extra for print out a ticket. Producing reservation on yr phone is not accepted, they don't allow you to board the bus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On a Executive Nice coach going from KL to Penang. Bus has broken down, we have not been informed regarding the problem and at this moment I'm really cross. Don't know what is going on the bus driver has just got the bus leaving a full bus confused. Whilst writing this I must say the bus is dirty not executive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always on time and good drivers. I am a frequant traveler and I like to ride with Nice bus. Although prices are slightly higher than other bus lines, but it is definitely worth the money. I like it because drivers are not smokers and they drive smoothly. They are professional.
